FROM THE METRO STATION Barrikadnaia, the last car from the center - as you exit from the metro turn right, go straight ahead to the traffic lights.
Then cross the road, to where you can see the Shokoladnitsa cafe, turn left and go down the Barrikadnaia street, then turn right to a long staircase leading to the Novinskii boulevard. Go along a residential high-rise building until you reach a staircase. Go down the stairs, turn left and cross the road. You will find yourself at the southern entrance to the VEB Center.
